What happens if I arrive late for my time slot?
You have a 15-minute grace period after your selected time to enter. If you are later than that, please speak to staff at the ticket office, and they will try to accommodate you in the next available slot.
How long can I stay inside?
Your timed ticket is for entry, but once inside, you can stay as long as you like until closing time. The average visit is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
